We tried out this place since it just recently opened up. We ordered the salt and pepper frog legs, the classic sandwich with fries, and the beef pho. Everything was delicious especially since there aren't any good Vietnamese restaurants in this area. The only down side is the smoothies were not that good so we just won't order them next go around. Service was on point and the whole look of the restaurant is very refreshing.
The restaurant was marked as open, but when I arrived, it was actually closed. I attempted to place an order twice, only to find out it was closed after my failed attempts. I assumed it was too late to order last night, so I thought they had canceled my order. I then placed a pickup order, which they accepted, but when I went to the restaurant, it was locked up! Now I need to figure out how to get my money back.
Ordered a ton of food and drinks here. Sandwiches are great and drinks are awesome. I especially enjoy the longan smoothie. Word of caution, I personally do not like pate in my Vietnamese sandwiches and always ask to exclude them. If you’re not familiar with pate, I advise you to do the same. Pate to my knowledge is grounded liver made into a paste to line the inside of sandwiches kind of like mayonnaise.
I give this restaurant 4 stars for its authenticity. I've ordered from here several times since their grand opening. The crab soup and Bun Bo Hue are delicious (though I prefer the thicker rice vermicelli in the Bun Bo Hue). The summer rolls could use some mint and basil for extra flavor. I went there with my friend the other day and the pho was great! Spring rolls were also delicious. The waiter was also very friendly. I just wished there was a heads-up about the duck availability since my friend wanted to try it. I will definitely be coming again :
We ordered takeout and had the pork spring roll which was delicious! Also ordered beef pho $15.5). the taste was mediocre comparing to its peers in Little Neck/Bayside area. I would only return given the proximity.
Great food and tea I had the beef pho noodle soup and it was delicious and my dad had the chicken pho noodle soup and he said he was amazing definitely check it out
