The 5-star reviews must be from employees. I've been here twice and both times were a nightmare. The first time, two people cancelled their orders because the service was extremely slow. They couldn't even answer the phone because they were too busy. The second time, my order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes but I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes because they were behind on sides. When I got home, I realized that my antipasto and rib tips were missing. I called and they asked me to come back to get what was missing. When I returned, I had to wait another 10 minutes because they made the wrong salad. This place is a total waste of time. World's Best Pizza Company does not live...
First time trying this place and let me tell you it was hands down one of the best pizza joints I've been too in the area. Pick'ed up some food for me and my wife and the food's taste and quality was A1 delicious. They messed up on my sandwich order but took care of the error ASAP and even let me keep the other sandwich. Can't get excellent service like this anywhere today. I highly recommend this restaraunt establishment to anyone and everyone looking for great food and great service. If your in the area this hidden gem is off Gale Ave. Turnbull Canyon Rd inside the Secoya Market plaza. Thanks again guys and will definitely spread the word here at my job, Quemetco. God bless.
I have visited this restaurant a few times with friends. I think this place would be a great option for families with children, as the establishment is spacious. Enjoying some beer and pizza while watching sports is also possible here. However, my main complaint is that this place is too expensive. I apologize for being straightforward about it. The pizza was decent in flavor.
Ordered a bunch of stuff for a party. My order got mixed up over the course of 20 minutes. Had to wait an extra 10 min, but the manager or supervisor was very gracious and gave me some free drinks as an apology. Love these guys! Their food is good and my office orders from there a lot. My only gripe is that if you have issues with gluten, your options are limited to a salad without croutons, wings, and a side of meatballs or sausage. I wish they had gluten free sandwich bread, pasta or pizza crust.
They are not taking phone orders and say to do it online but online isn't working. Just losing more business. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Now that was a big Pizza. I mean, if you like Pizza this is the place because those are big pizzas that fill you up.
