First of all, Kelcie was awesome, funny, and very attentive 12 stars for her service. However, after eating for a bit, everyone started noticing that their food was cold. It wasn't just one of us everyone's food was cold. My wetburrito seemed like it was thrown in a microwave for not long enough because the outside was warm but the inside was cold. My buddy's Tamale could have doubled for a pile of glue. Overall, pretty sad to see Hacienda slide downhill all of these years. The hostess was polite and seated us within the quoted time frame. My biggest complaint would be the waitress who would constantly reach over me to get to or deliver any item. Even when collecting items from the center of the table. I’m not sure what is standard but this was my first experience of a server doing this . I would advise sitting closer to the kitchen if you want your food delivered more timely. We sat outside which has lovely ambience . But food does fall thru the table onto your clothes.
We live out of town, so it had been 20 years since we last dined here. The food was just as we remembered. The chips are the best of any Mexican restaurant in the USA. The steak fajitas are made with high-quality meat, which is not something you'd typically find at a regular Mexican restaurant. The cheese dip is a bit thick, and the chicken has an unusual seasoning. However, if you stick with the steak fajitas, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. It was delightful to be seated among the lively crowd, even with our young children in tow.
We had live entertainment to accompany our meals. The pitcher of gold margaritas served us well. The portions were large enough that 3 of us could not finish our meal and took boxes home.
I loved the menu many vegetarian options. It easy to find something for the vegetarian in our party because he could substitute impossible taco meat
