Came here for two cheeseburgers, two fries, and two small freezes. With 15% tip, it cost $46.51. After 25 minutes of waiting, we went inside to ask where the food was. They said they’re working on it and will bring it outside when done. 20 minutes later, still nothing. Went in again to ask what’s taking so long and all 3 workers are somehow confused. Almost one hour later and I’m late to my appointment by now. They gave me my two small freezes which had been prepared, but one guy offered to give me a cash refund for the rest of the food that was never prepared. He didn’t bother to look at my receipt and decided my 2 cheeseburgers and two fries would be a $27 refund. He even kept my tip! Haha...
Hagen 's Orange Freeze (multiple flavors) carries on the Sacramento cherished tradition of Merlino 's... Even in the same building on Walnut Avenue in Carmichael. This is comfort food with a freeze, burger or corn dog. Funky little place, no frills, authentic and good. Enjoy slowly to avoid Brain Freeze ... Not on the tourist map, but if you know, you know. Menu has lots of other things to eat and drink, but the Freeze is where it 's at ... You can try a freeze with vanilla soft serve ice cream too. Worth trying.
I love the orange freeze on top and a scoop of pineapple freeze at the bottom. This is the best frozen fruit confection that I have ever had, in any state or country. I was disappointed at the food items I've tried, so I just go there for the freezes. They are pricey, but once in a while, especially on hot summer day, it's a wonderful, refreshing splurge. You gotta try it!
Awesome Retro drive-in with great burgers other entrees. Their milkshakes of course the freezes are the BOMB!! Love the root beer or watermelon freeze with a scoop of vanilla in the middle . Staff friendly who provide good service!

Been eating at this establishment since 1988 (different name) when I moved into the neighborhood. Everything is excellent, it's the service that puts it over the top. The best frozen dessert I have ever eaten. Thanks
