This is quite amusing. It was our second visit to this restaurant in about five years, and we had the same server both times. I noticed that she checked in on her colleagues to see how they were doing, which was nice. She's enthusiastic without being too much, making for a pleasant experience overall. She's a really sweet lady. As for the food, I ordered eggs and sausage, and I have to say, the sausage here is excellent. When it comes to how you like your eggs, it's important to know that each restaurant has its own interpretation. In my case, when I ordered my eggs over medium, they turned out more like over easy. So if you prefer your eggs cooked a bit more, just keep that in mind.
My nephew ordered a takeout meal of curry chicken, and it took quite a while for the person on the phone to understand our order. We requested one full serving of curry chicken with extra curry sauce. What we received was nothing short of disappointing. The rice was dried out and scant, the chicken was also overcooked, and there was barely any sauce—definitely not the extra sauce we paid for. We used to enjoy this dish regularly, as it was one of our favorites, but lately, it has been consistently bad. The service was poor, and the food was worse. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

It's a truck stop type place, my sandwich was good, my sister's curry was NOT, although it seems to be a best seller. It's not traditional curry made with coconut milk, that's for sure. It's clean enough, but needs updating. Our server was a great addition to the lunch!
This is a classic family restaurant that feels like a rarity these days. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the food is tasty. You can leave here feeling satisfied for under $20, including everything.
Very friendly staff I ordered curry chicken. That was not curry at all! It was dried pices of fried chicken on top of plain rice with a very thick brown gravy. No spices at all. Very disappointing.
