Hakone Sushi - Tisch reservieren

I usually order from Uber Eats. Every time I am increasingly more disappointed with the aesthetic quality. Never ordering from here again. Seaweed is horrible quality, stale, damp, and hard to chew. When you order the party tray sushi in the middle is squished barely have anything in there! This time was the WORST! And the sushi never stay together, it always falls apart! Ugh. If you’re a sushi restaurant you might as well perfect what is supposedly your speciality.

We ordered from Uber eats, and my family and I were completely disappointed in our order.I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl, and the portion of chicken was ridiculous. There was a few pieces of chicken I doubt it was even a full piece of a chicken thigh.They missed one of our orders.The sushi kept falling apart.Salmon did not taste fresh at all.

Placed an order via phone and discussed having no spicy sauce on the rolls or putting it on the side. Upon pickup the staff repeated to me that the rolls weren’t spicy. Upon arriving home 4/6 rolls were completely covered in spicy sauce.

I was here several times. Their food and service are great. You can have the best sushi over there with reasonable price. I love their dynamite roll and miso soup.

changed managment , doesnt taste like the old hakone , japanese and korean dons arent the same no more . rolls arent rolled properly as well :
