half moon cafe is a large local cafe with a beautiful, light atmosphere and delicious food. they serve a great traditional fry-up and all their food is reasonably expensive. it has a great location and is on the lively fulham palace road, right next to the charing cross hospital. the service is fast and friendly and I can not think of a better place to breakfast in hammersmith this is the perfect place for a delicious morning breakfast or a full day breakfast hangover cure with friends to go.

Huge portions! £4.99 for a breakfast that absolutely fills the plate, and you have about 5 variations to choose from, plus many other meals, sandwiches, baguettes, panninis etc. Also so handy if you are visiting Charing Cross hospital and don't want to pay the high prices of Costa and the Co Op shop inside. Lovely people run it too, and you can sit inside or outside.
A very traditional builder's cafe not far from the hospital that I was visiting at. Would recommend for basic cheap food with all the trimmings... The best cafe breakfast in Hammersmith Fulham area. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are massive. Their best dishes are the omlettes and the full english breakfasts. If you are very hungry get the Special Breakfast Plate and you won't need to eat all day.
This place has the best breakfast I’ve had in London yet! Very friendly staff when waking in and ordering. The food showed up quickly both times I’ve been there so far and was incredible. I plan on making frequent stops here in the coming mornings.
nothing flash, but good food for very cheap prices. also friendly staff. it could be a little better if they were more attentive to cleaning and only general maintenace of the place.
