Well I didn't go here for many months because I had a terrible experience with her female manager who is completely rude and completely unprofessional but I always like the deli there so I decided to place an order on ciao now today. Got to the establishments when I was supposed to pick up my order and nobody knew anything about the order in fact the older woman at the register said you probably placed your order in Ronkonkoma this is Nesconset Out did you know you're in this concept. My 91 yr old mom was in today picked up some groceries and an egg sandwich, they forgot to put in here bag . She called store spoke to manager stated she live across the street and was unable to return and cross smith town blvd . He said they don’t deliver, she stated she lives across the street by woods . He said well you don’t live in the woods . Wtf our families have shopped there since they opened . Lost a lot of business buddy !
I like these types. they are always nice and friendly. I'll hear a few tomorrow on the way to work for a breakfast sandwich and maybe something to lunch as I did today. I don't know what they're in their fish salad, but it was excellent. mostly seafood salad is always dry, but they did it really well. cannot complain about these types, I think they are excellant.
I can't believe the owners had their staff working during a blizzard. It shows a lack of concern for their employees' safety. The owners are extremely greedy, expecting their staff to risk their lives while they stay home. This speaks volumes about their character. To the Handy Pantry staff, I suggest finding a new job.

Sad to say but after almost 20 years I won’t be going back, they’ve raised prices considerably on the food they sell. An Egg sandwich used to cost $4 now its $6-$7. 1/4 pound of bologna on a roll was $11... They were also very rude in store when asking why prices were going up.
robert cut my cold cuts in as bf packed them like a football it is as if he hates his job. bad attitude bad personality, how should they eat, how should they peel the support to make their sandwiches and the two beautiful girls behind the counter help me as I always do.
If I had to describe the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich in one word, it would be insulting. They give you a plain roll with a half-cooked egg that is dry and lacks any cheese. The bacon was decent, but everything else fell short in terms of taste and quality.
This restaurant is located on a hill. The staff is extremely slow and does not acknowledge customers. They seem unfriendly and inhospitable.

Love the staff and the products. Product are nicely stocked. Deli and egg sandwiches are yummy. Staff is always willing to help.
I want to give you 5 stars because the food is good but it takes 30 minutes to make 2 heros and nobody else was there.
