Happy Kuh - Tisch resevieren

Ich habe im Hotel übernachtet und ihr Frühstück bietet die meisten veganen Optionen, die ich bisher gesehen habe: frisch zubereitete vegane Waffeln und Haferbrei, vegane Käse und Wurst, herzhafte Aufstriche sowie vegane Nutella. Sie haben Soja-, Hafer- und Reismilch, veganen Kuchen, eine große Auswahl an Müsli, Nüsse, Früchte, eine Smoothie-Station und aromatisiertes Wasser. Es war wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung! Da ich buchstäblich null vegane Optionen in 'normalen' Restaurants in Kitzbühel gefunden habe, sind wir ins Q Ressort Restaurant gekommen. Sie haben ein 4-Gänge-Menü, das täglich mit Optionen für Fleisch, Fisch, vegetarisch und vegan wechselt. Wenn Sie nicht alle 4 Gänge haben möchte...

update: I stayed in the hotel and her breakfast has the most vegan options I have seen so far: fresh made vegan waffeln and porridge, vegan cheese and sausage, hearty spreads as well as vegan nutella. they have soy, oats and rice milk, vegan cake, a hudge musli selection, nuts, fruits, smoothie station, infused water. it was a really great experience! since I found literally zero vegan options in normal restaurants in kitzbühl we came to the q ressort restaurant. they have a 4-course menu that is available daily with options for meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan. If you don't want to have all 4 courses, you can skip one, but I don't know how much less they will charge you. all 4 courses are 3...

Ursprünglich waren wir sehr gespannt auf unser Abendessen im Happy Kuh. Endlich ist es ein großer Deal, eine vegetarische/vegane Option in Kitzbühel zu haben (das ist im Allgemeinen ein sehr fleischlastiger Ort). Wir bestellten das (teure) vegane Menü im Happy Kuh, bei dem man nur ein festes Menü bestellen kann, ohne Flexibilität. Die Dinge begannen okay, mit einem sehr standardmäßigen Salatbuffet, gefolgt von einer schönen Erbsensuppe, bisher keine Beschwerde. Als Hauptgang gab es super öligen und halb verbrannten gebratenen Reis mit Gemüse (wir hätten von einem Restaurant, das in einem Spa-Hotel liegt, etwas Kreativeres und weniger Öliges erwartet). Und dann kam das Dessert..... es bestand...

at first we were very enthusiastic about our dinner in happy kuh. Finally, a vegetarian/vegan option in kitzbuehl (which is usually a very fleshy place) is a great thing. we ordered the (free) vegan menu at happy kuh you can only order a fixed menu without flexibility. the dinge started ok, with a very standard salad buffet, followed by a beautiful soup soup so far no complain. for the main course super oily and half burned stir fried rice with sweetness (we expected from a restaurant in a wellness hotel to come with something more creative and less oily) and then came the dessert. it was from bogur, it was sour (painted as balsamico.) it tasted in the ground like salat remnants. it was real...

Das Happy Kuh ist im Grunde nur ein Hotelrestaurant und bietet ein klassisches viergängiges Hotelmenü, bei dem auch eine vegane Option möglich ist. Das Salatbuffet als Vorspeise entspricht den gastronomischen Standards, es sind keine (positiven) Überraschungen zu erwarten. Als Vegetarier hatte ich die Wahl zwischen einer Gemüselasagne, die von der Qualität her einer Tiefkühllasagne von Iglo entsprach. Die Fischvariante war ein Heilbutt mit SAUERKRAUT, das auch so schmeckte. Suppe und Dessert waren keine Highlights. we came here after we were a little tired of meat-sick Austrians. we thought this was a strictly vegetarian place, but they serve meat and fish along with their vegetarian and vegan options. each menu is 39 euro, but they can swap and...mix them a bit as they want. the best part of our meal was the salatbuffet at the beginning, which played an amazing selection of oils, sunflower seeds, etc. my main course pork was nice, while the vegan main course of my friend (vegetarian pasta) was too easy and monotonous to get a main course role. desserts were nice, especially the vegan strawberry cake. the dining room was too hot, but then again, kitzbuhel does not suffer very often heat waves.

we give the half board option booked and the dinner was great. fresh salatable, mix and match dinner menu with excellent escape!
