It took 5 minutes to even have our order taken (inside) another atleast 15 to get our food only to have stuff wrong (of course)we didn't even bother getting it fixed afraid it'd take another 20 minutes atleast. I don't think they are understaffed at all, just have some of the wrong people working for them. The white lady was so rude to many customers and got every order wrong I witnessed her take including my family's (reviewing on 12/28/18 around 1pm experience)
Love the Frisco (no sauce). Coupon is great and I routinely go through. I love that the coupon allows 2 so I can get a second one and share with my dogs. Yeah, staff isn't always the friendliest as someone else mentioned and docked them severely, but heck they're performing an often thankless job and delivering a good product IN a pandemic.
The food was fresh, the breakfast was delicious. I've never had Hardee's breakfast, and I've lived clearly under a rock. The fried egg biscuit was great! I was a little comprehensible, but the delicate meat was good. I'd go back, but I think I want to see what Monster Biscuit is about. Definitely looks like it's worth a try.
The food was freshened. The first time they have their curly pommes. You were pretty good. When ordered the ice cone she had on special cause, it looked good on the drive thru ad. I got it and it was a packed kiddie size cone that was like $2.79, I think. We have asked to repay it, and fortunately they are committed.
This Hardee's is always empty and I don't know why it's in Caseyville it's a great Hardee's all the employees are very nice considerate clean and they're very fast I would tell anyone that this is a good Hardee's!
This is always a big point for a quick bite. You have no problem that my special requests food are always fresh and hot. Breakfast before 7a. Like all the others, they're just occupied.
Customer service is great. Checkout was nice and have everything I wanted in the bag without reminding them or giving the back to make sure everything is in the bag.
They advertised Big Roast beef sandwiches, then I just said get one! How do you feed 4 starving people?
