Giving them 1 star because I can’t give them any less. This is the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. The cashier and the lady bagging the orders were extremely rude. We waited for our food for about 10 to 15 minutes and the food was cold! Both burgers and fries! You’d expect the food to be hot if having to wait a while. Will not be returning to this location!
Gave it the benefit of the doubt. Reason that they have truck parking in back. The last time they wouldn't let me in 45 minutes before closing. This time I was lucky to get two cold I mean like they had been left out for a while cold burgers cheese was still hard . Don't know why this location can't seem to get it right
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly! Hardee’s offers the best food for those craving protein. The flavor is amazing and the service is always top-notch. This is probably the only restaurant in Mount Olive that never gets orders wrong. Even the staff working in the morning are pleasant!
My husband and I ordered French toast sticks, a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and two chicken biscuits with hash browns this morning. Everything was cold and hard, and our drinks were incorrect. I ordered a simple double cheeseburger with only ketchup and onions, and received a single cheeseburger. The meat patty was not fresh. I went back in to ask for a new burger. Waited about 5 minutes and when I got the new burger the meat patties were again cold and dry.
This Hardee's location is the worst I have ever visited. They frequently get orders wrong and the staff often forgets things. There is no customer service to speak of. I recommend going to Wendy's, Burger King, or another restaurant in town instead.
Cold fries, the only thing hot on the hot dog was the Chili. I assume that at a certain time of day it's get rid of food no matter how it is. Disappointing meal.
