I ate here a few months ago and wasn't wildly impressed, mostly due to service issues and a bit about the food, but I went back with my husband last weekend and was very happy to see that things really seem to be well run. We sat at the bar and had wonderful service from Greg and Greg (the owner who seemed to be keeping a close eye on things). We had the Spring Salad and Flat Iron Steak and the BEST berry crisp for dessert. The wine options are a great value and, while there was music, the volume was appropriate for conversation and the music was very enjoyable. I frequent this favorite restaurant.There are always wonderful new and creative additions to the menu. I brought friends recently and we shared three entrees… Fried chicken, mushroom risotto and lamb ragu pappardelle. All were excellent. Whenever the halibut is available on the menu, be sure to try it. For dessert we shared the berry crisp topped with ice cream. It was absolutely delicious. A must try drink is the hibiscus martini. The ambience of the restaurant is wonderful and live music a Singer/guitarist played that evening which was enjoyable.
We’ve enjoyed Harley so much in the past, but our food was very mediocre this time, sadly! The halibut was seriously undercooked, they had. Run out of artichokes, the risotto was tasteless, pork chop was way too tough and the steak ordered medium was literally raw! On a happy note, our server did a good job and the singer/keyboardist was really wonderful.
eating was so delicious the weeping through the bottle prices were reasonable price. our server was very attentive. the atmosphere is cozy comfortable it was fun to observe the bartenders in action that serve the bar-parantia. a musician setup in the lounge that has played a beautiful gitarre, sang jack Johnson style songs a great mood!

We went for brunch on Easter. Ambiance was good and service was attentive. But drinks and food took a very long time. We were seated 20 minutes before we were served a drink and food came out 90 minutes after we were seated. The food was delicious and priced fair but need to work on kitchen/bar timing.
One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. Awesome food, service, and atmosphere. Heard it was closing soon when I was there from another diner? Hope this isn’t the case bc it’s great and I def want to go back
Sat at the bar as they had a great band (American Vagrants) playing and we wanted to be near. Food was excellent and the Berry desert was just as good! Would definitely dine here again!
Harley was terrific! The food was delicious and the service attentive. We really enjoyed our meal.
