We had a delicious meal at this restaurant, with generous portions and exceptional service. The stews brought tears to our eyes - I had the lamb and guinea fowl, while my partner had the chicken stew. Both dishes were delicious and came with an amazing salad with tzatziki and other mixed goodies. My partner enjoyed a homemade ayran, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't order one as I had a bad experience at another place before, but I regretted not trying it here. The meal ended with complimentary baklava and Turkish tea, a simple yet beautiful touch. Prices were reasonable, and we spent less than £20 for two complete meals and two drinks. Highly recommended, especially for a family...
I have never been to a worse place than this restaurant! I am honestly shocked by my experience. Firstly, the service was terrible. The manager was rude, uncooperative, arrogant, and ignorant. To top it off, our food was brought out slowly and they forgot about our drinks. Secondly, I would not even rate this place 1 star. The appetizers were good, the salad was fresh, and the bread was also good. However, the main course was a disappointment with old and oily veggies that were 80% fat. We didn't even finish our main courses. Thirdly, they did not have a credit/debit machine and when we tried to pay, the waiter informed us they only accept cash and quickly rushed off. What a waste of money!
harran makes a great kebab and my favorite part observed. they use my preferred method of grilling it over open coals (in contrast to a metal grid,) which gives the meat a nicely smoky taste, and there is nothing better than the spice experience to observe the spit meat over an open fire. the personal is very irritable and if they happen to visit here on semi-regular basis, they will remember their face and offer them tee as they wait what is a beautiful note. if I had to recommend a kebab, it would be the adana, but it is sharp!
With a relatively low price there was abundance of good food. The service was also very polite and attentive. From the outside it may not well represent the good quality that you will find inside, but it is highly recommended to go ahead and try it out. Very nice food and so many options. You get to see how they prepare your meal. Delicious typical food and in very big portions. The service was also friendly and quick. Before leaving they give you tea and a typical sweet which I really appreciated. Definitely one of the best Turkish places in the area :
If you enjoy Turkish cuisine, you can't go wrong with this restaurant. Their kuru fasulye dish (cannelloni beans with lamb) is both delicious and affordable, and comes served with rice, salad, and bread. I also recommend trying their lamb stew and red lentil soup. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
A very large portion of mixed doner. The meat tastes so good and the salad was so fresh. My brother in law drove all the way from High Wycombe to this place and i must say, its worth it. All and all very happy returning customer.
This would be a 5 star review if they hadn't changed their bread. Still a great place to eat, but that home made bread was something else. Not sure why they decided to change to a packet variety? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
