This is the worst Hart’s location I’ve ever visited! First of all, there was only one car ahead of me at the drive-thru, and the lobby had just two customers, which is why I chose to stop in the first place, especially since it was a Tuesday at 3:39 PM. Secondly, it took an eternity for someone to take my order. I waited at the speaker box for about 10 to 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When the employee finally came on the intercom, they didn’t greet me and sounded really annoyed to be helping me. After my order was taken, I then waited another 20 minutes at the window for my food. To top it all off, the lady at the window had a terrible attitude.
I ordered peach cobbler and it was the worst ever it was nothing but gummy gooey paste with three pulverized peach slices, the color was dark brown with so much sugar you could gag a person that has no taste buds and they charged me $5 plus taxes. Horrible taste deplorable presentation and absolutely disgusting ? please take this product off of the menu before someone gets sick ?. Dissatisfied customer.???????????
I know a lot of people love Hart's, but the time i visited the establishment, something went horribly wrong. I attempted to get two legs roll, and they gave me a dry old thigh and old leg this time, I took it back. None of the workers wear hair nets (it may not be required. They do have mediocre customer service skills and room for improvement.
Went thru the drive thru and ordered 5 piece mixed combo, two peppers with a large half tea. Got my food and asked for ketchup and the girl gave me a handful of hot sauce. I said ketchup. Very slow people in lobby waiting lil kids in back the employees playing can't get orders out have u waiting 20 min then tell u its gonna be a few minutes on dark chicken
Between the 45 minute wait at the window for my food and it coming out cold and tossed around it definitely wasn't worth the $35 for 2 meals. The roll was good I guess.
The food is good great fryer chicken but they are very very very slow and customer service is not so great. They definitely could take the jobs more seriously.
Best drive thru gizzard boxes in town. Delicious normal size chicken pieces. Well worth the money. A box as a snack will feed two as a meal one. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
