After an outing with my friends we decided to go to Harvey's to eat, all was fine until I slipped onto the wet floor and landed on my knee and hip and butt, my hand also smacked the floor so hard that the palm of my hand was bruised, my friends said that fall was really loud, and of course my food ended on the floor, I sat there for a few minutes, my pants was wet due to the amount of water that was left on the floor, my friends went to tell the staff and not one had come out to help. Once I was able to get up my friends helped me, one of the staff finally came out, I asked her to get the manager, he came out and he didn't seem too concerned. I eat here often, so it cannot be all bad... However I find little inconveniences like empty ketchup dispensers, no napkins, dirty tables and a need to beg for more than two extra pickles a common occurrence at this sight. Perhaps it is the time of day I attend, at dinner time. Be careful pulling out of the parking lot as it is a little tricky for first timers!
I am thrilled to see that this Harvey's location has received a much-needed update to the exterior of the building. The modern look is a great improvement. Although I couldn't see the inside from the drive-thru, it appears that it could use a revamp as well. Nonetheless, I recently tried some Angus burgers here and they were really delicious.
I had a typical Harvey's experience that was quite good. The staff was very friendly and our order was prepared quickly. The food was well cooked and met my expectations. The restrooms were a bit small and old-fashioned, but they were clean. Overall, it was a good value and a pleasant experience.
we have always loved harveys. their hamburgers are flame broiled and always delicious. the fries have always been the same and great tasting. staff is so friendly and they have been there a long time which tells me they are a happy group and love their job.
I stopped by for lunch recently at this Harvey's location. Had a buffalo chicken, well done rings and a chocolate shake. It was done to my liking and to perfection. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Another great lunch at a Canadian favourite.
The customer service at this restaurant is always exceptional. The manager who served us was fantastic. I will make sure to ask for her name next time. She deserves to be recognized for her friendliness.
My hubby loves to pop into Harvey's on a regular basis. They put alot of fixins on their burgers, just a great selection of toppers for sure. In a hurry it's the place to go.
Harveys has a great variety of burgers, including veggie, hot dogs, salads and other sides. The nice thing about Harvey's is their great variety of healthy toppings.
