A small establishment with its own atmosphere. There is an excellent menu with a variety of traditional dishes. The staff is very friendly and attentive; you can see from their facial expressions and smiles that visitors are always welcome, this is very conducive. The food is amazing, it was worth every penny. This was our first time trying Swiss cuisine and we really enjoyed it. It was a gastronomic delight! I don’t remember the name, but I definitely remember the taste of a wonderful soup, an unforgettable dish of potatoes with vegetables in cheese and a salad with Feta cheese. My family was full and very satisfied. I will recommend it! Thank you for the warm welcome, I wish the restaurant...

A traditional pub with really good food. The Château Lapin is located in the middle of Basel's old town. We had the meatloaf (for 2 people) and were very satisfied. Served in a pan with vegetables and spaetzle and a whole jug of sauce separately! A salad first, also served in a bowl and included in the price. Everything was wonderful.

First Swiss meal of my Swiss cuisine career: rosti is essentially just a big hash brown with cheese and you can never go wrong with some hash. Hearty is the best adjective to describe traditional Swiss cuisine, try it out at least once.

We stopped in for lunch on a rainy day. Small cute place, very Swiss. We took two dishes of the day delicious. We were the only tourists, but we were treated like “one of our own.” Warm, cozy, clean and tasty. Highly recommend.
