I recently moved to Elkins Park with my family at the start of the pandemic. Our goal was to find a non-local, affordable restaurant that serves only organic, locally sourced food. We love the restaurant's diverse menu that keeps things interesting. My current favorite dish is the French omelette for breakfast or brunch. I also appreciate that the restaurant is accommodating for my vegan friends. The fried chicken sandwich is a crowd favorite, but the soups are also delicious and should not be overlooked. The staff at the restaurant is friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family. This local gem comes highly recommended.
Every dish that Tam creates is amazing!! From the carefully chosen ingredients to the exceptional preparation, everything is top-notch. Since moving from Fishtown to Elkins Park, this has become my absolute favorite spot! Standout dishes include the Wanderer and their tasty pork belly sandwich.
I ordered honey buffalo wings and French fries, and both were served piping hot, as if they had just come out of the fryer. The only drawback was that I requested the wings to be fried crispy, but they weren't. However, it wasn't a major issue.
