This location is the largest of the nearby Ono Hawaii BBQ restaurants. There are many staff members working each shift, likely because they have a drive-thru. The restaurant is very clean and offers plenty of indoor seating, as well as some outdoor seating that would be great for the current outdoor dining trend, although it is currently closed off. We enjoyed the $5 specials and will definitely be returning for more!
I absolutely love ONO! The food is delicious. I typically use the drive-thru, and it's important to be patient and not be in a hurry, as it can take some time to receive your order. I believe this is because they take the time to prepare everything well. The staff have always been so friendly, and I hope they continue to maintain that level of service.
Business traveler. 1st timer. I ordered the SEAFOOD MIX fried shrimp, battered white fish, and bbq chicken. All meals come with 2 scoops of white rice, 1 scoop of Mac n cheese and 1 scoop of steamed veggies. Very FAST service. I recommend to grab a?to go? menu and check it out before getting in line. Plenty of spots to sit inside or outside.

Food is great, large portions. My husband and split a 2item plate plus an order of musubi. The cooks can only cook so fast, plus they have a drive thru to handle. Be patient everyone!
The staff are incredibly friendly and attractive. While the drive-thru could be a bit quicker, overall, I had the best experience of my life ordering food from this place!
