Two stars for the quality and taste of sushi. They are fresh, made with quality ingredients and well garnished. On the other hand, it's hygienic. We went twice to the store, including once in full containment (cause global epidemic... . The two times the staff (one has the crate people preparing the sushi did not wear a mask (or had it in the chin. Talent, illegal and criminal... Ask yourself what's going on in the back... We hope that they make at least the effort to wash their hands and that the cold chain is respected.... The desserts are tiny and out of price. Disappointment for the cabbage salad with a very salty sauce that fits well with this vegetable.
