I thought this hotel was great. The room was quirky with a four poster bed, (so comfy) huge windows and loads of space. The room was decorated in blocks and greys and all the furniture has gave me bedroom envy. The staff at the hotel...were all lovely and accommodating. We ate out on the terrace and had a few drinks. The terrace is as lovely as the inside of the hotel. Lots of seating of various types, heaters, fire pits, umbrella and awning. We even noticed a TV outside although it wasn’t on! Food was good, We had loaded nachos, Thai curry and fish and chips which were all tasty and cooked well. The breakfast was really good quality meat, (Stornaway black pudding) cooked to order and tasted...
I so wish this was higher in pecking order on trip advisor as would have saved us a lot of trouble to find good food in Inverness. We are staying at glenmorisontownhouse and wanted fish n chips so We checked prior to getting ready for...evening that we could have in bar and when we arrived at they had sold out . Also checked others in area via google which appeared closed and seems to be some restaurants only open Tuesday to Friday . Coming from Hertfordshire very unusual ! So we walked to redcliffe hotel who advised do not serve food on Mondays . By now pretty frustrated and walked further on thankfully and came to the Heath mount . Thank you Sean for great service and wonderful fish n chip...
come to dinner, the ambiente is really nice and even better! we had a fish cake as starter a d then a steak pee and a Thai chicken red curry. absolutely delicious! must also mention how friendly the waiters were, they have often checked how we did it. would really recommend it!
We had a wonderful one-night stay with delicious food and drinks served by friendly and efficient staff. The rooms were beautifully decorated, warm, and comfortable, with every detail carefully considered. Thank you to the Heathmount staff for a fantastic mini getaway!

sitting on Saturday for lunch, the place looks great and eating was nice. they have to sit in the bar where they have ordered the cash and then brought their food. service was great. I would recommend it and will be a regular visitor.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four nights to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We found the accommodations, staff, breakfast, and restaurant food all to be excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.
my favourite place to eat in inverness at lunchtime is always great and the staff is beautiful! the refurb looks really good and the outside area is the best of any restaurant/bar in the city!
This restaurant is a lovely spot for a quiet dinner. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was quite good. All of our family members enjoyed their main dishes.
