After a long day at school, we decided to stop by this restaurant for a quick meal. My son ordered a $4 drink, but was disappointed to find that it was mostly just white crushed ice. When we raised this issue with the server, she insisted on charging us more to fix the drink. Frustrated by the lack of accountability and customer service, we left without finishing our meal. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant.

I have fond memories of coffee shops in the 1980s, where the focus was more on delicious food and exceptional service rather than just coffee. It was a rare treat and a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Be sure to try the chips!
Value value value. Great service, and large portions. Freshly cooked and they add serves, side of chips or mushrooms or baked beans. Good sized tea pots & coffee cups. Hidden gem. Daily roast lunch and greasy food options.
If you're in search of a delicious cup of coffee and a satisfying breakfast, you can't go wrong with Helensvale Carvery and Coffee Lounge. I highly recommend trying their big breakfast - it's fantastic.
Have had a few great breakfast at this carvery. The staff a very friendly, always served with a smile. Breakfast is cooked fresh and brought to your table.

Nice staff. Always friendly and a Carvery I will always visit in helensvale. Fishcake, eat the fish cake. It's hard not to go back for more.
Staff all friendly and efficient, and food is beaut. This is a wonderful way to spend a little time in comfort.
