They offer some of the best teas, and the ability to customize your caffeine levels is fantastic. There's a great variety to choose from. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is very inviting. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it!
The staff is very welcoming, and the drinks are excellent, particularly the hot lemon tea. Kid-friendly: There are designated spots for children to read or color. Parking: It's easy to find a parking space.
The teas and shakes here are fantastic, but the staff are just as wonderful! My 3-year-old absolutely enjoys the play table, the friendly team, and of course, the delicious shakes.

I've been there twice, and both times the tea flavors tasted overly sweet, almost like artificial food dye and Kool-Aid. Honestly, I couldn't bring myself to drink them.
Tea was great. The people are great. Just not quick on making the tea. You are better off ordering ahead of time. Walking in an order if you are in a rush don't advise
I would highly recommend this place, the staff is always so friendly and they really care about how you like your teas.
