I was really looking forward to my first visit to this restaurant. My coworker frequently brings shakes from there and raves about how good they are, so I was excited to finally try one myself. Unfortunately, my experience took a disappointing turn. The website states that they are open until 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, so I headed over after work at around 4:12 p.m., only to find that they were closed, with both doors locked. If they’ve changed their hours, they really need to update their website to reflect that information.
This place has genuinely changed my life! The staff is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. The shakes, teas, and baked goods are not only delicious but also healthy – you absolutely have to try them if you haven't already. You won't regret it! I just tried the Tropical Oasis boosted tea, and it tastes as amazing as it looks! They only accept card payments, no cash, but they bring your order out to you right away. Everyone is really friendly, and if you share a picture of your drink on social media, you get $1 off your purchase! #funtreats (It was stunning with a blue top and a purple bottom at first, but I gave it a little shake, so it doesn't look as beautiful anymore. Even so, it’s still so delicious!)
I ordered a shake, and nobody mentioned that it wouldn't be a real shake. They also charge an extra dollar if you don’t leave a shout-out online, which I found completely absurd. Their phone support wasn't helpful, and I found the prices to be quite high. The staff wasn't friendly in person either.
