Bun was not toasted, sandwich was cold to the touch except for the pattie inside. Given all the veggie inside the overall bite was still cold. Sauce was making the untoasted bun soggy and I'm eating it right inside the store, not moving it 20 minutes home. Unacceptable given the price and quality that is expected from a burger joint vs something like McDonald's. I'm a regular here and sometimes they do toast the buns and all I can say is that this will is not a negligence but down right laziness of the workers inside as there was no line before and after me. Note to self, have to remind them to do what they already should have known next time I come, if I come.
We both got their NEW Smashed Burger Combo. These Smashed Burgers were AMAZING, it came with a juicy, caramelized 3oz Smashed Beef Patty, Cheese, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Pickles on their soft and fluffy Potato Bun, we were feeling fancy, so added crispy Beef Bacon, Fried Egg, and Sauteed Onions, it enhanced the flavour so much! We also upgraded both of the sides from Fries to Crunchy Chicken Strips and Mushroom Poutine, we highly recommend the Chicken Strips, they were crispy, tender, and the Ranch dip was PERFECT for it! Mushroom Poutine had a RICH gravy, a ton of Mushrooms, and Cheese Curds, gosh WHAT A MEAL!

Got fries and poutine. Food was hot, and tasted great! Service was adequate, but could have been friendlier. And the order of fries was skimpy for the price and they were skimpy with ketchup and napkins. Like they couldn't afford to give them out? And the tables needing cleaning. But overall, we liked it!
We had chicken spicy burger and the beef burger. It was ? ? ? ?. For kids spicy chicken was bit more to bear but still they finished their's. For dine in they should serve food in tray atleast as just paper wasn't so convenient or appealing to us. Will definitely be going again!
Fries got smaller price stayed the same. Milkshake is great no complaints but a bit pricey. Food quality almost matches but I think porition could compliment the Hero name a bit more... they have one size drink as well... milkshake is my favorite but it 's $7
Yummy fried chicken. Always a good deal going on with Ubereats such as “buy 1 get 1 free chicken sandwich/cheeseburger” which I like to take advantage of. Tried the new buffalo chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it I ate the second right away lol.
Amazing food and customer service. The lady was nice and patient when i took a long time with my order. My friend from oversees tried there poutine for the first time and loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who loves burgers and poutine.
