The bun was not toasted, and the sandwich felt cold except for the patty inside. Despite the fresh vegetables, the overall bite was still chilly. The sauce made the untoasted bun soggy, and I was eating it right in the restaurant—not taking it home after 20 minutes. This quality is unacceptable given the price and the expectations for a burger joint compared to fast food places like McDonald's. I'm a regular here, and sometimes they do toast the buns. This isn't just negligence; it feels like sheer laziness from the staff, especially since there was no line before or after me. I’ll need to remind them to do what they should already know next time I visit—if I decide to come back.

We both got their NEW Smashed Burger Combo. These Smashed Burgers were AMAZING, it came with a juicy, caramelized 3oz Smashed Beef Patty, Cheese, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Pickles on their soft and fluffy Potato Bun, we were feeling fancy, so added crispy Beef Bacon, Fried Egg, and Sauteed Onions, it enhanced the flavour so much! We also upgraded both of the sides from Fries to Crunchy Chicken Strips and Mushroom Poutine, we highly recommend the Chicken Strips, they were crispy, tender, and the Ranch dip was PERFECT for it! Mushroom Poutine had a RICH gravy, a ton of Mushrooms, and Cheese Curds, gosh WHAT A MEAL!

Terrible burgers. I had the hero burger a long time ago and thought it was awful. While I was at LCBO, I saw their ad (so the marketing did its job), so I decided to try the smashed burger and the plant-based burger. The plant-based one was disappointing, but I wasn't surprised. The smashed burger, however, was absolutely dreadful. If you enjoy burgers, do yourself a favor and get a real one from Fresh Burger—you won't want to go back to Hero ever again.
an Amazing experience, the staff , the owner , very welcoming and excellent and beyond exceptional service. The restaurant itself was very neat and clean, and very spacious compared to other locations for big gatherings....the food was top notchcompared to any other burger joints and also compared to other Hero locations. I would definitely recommend everyone to go tothis location for all their Hero burger cravings.
We ordered the spicy chicken burger and the beef burger, and they were fantastic! The spicy chicken was a bit too much for the kids, but they managed to finish theirs anyway. One suggestion for dining in would be to serve the food on trays instead of just paper, as it didn't feel very convenient or appealing. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning!
The fries have gotten smaller, but the price remains the same. The milkshake is fantastic with no complaints, although it is on the pricey side. The food quality is nearly there, but I believe the portions could better reflect the restaurant's Hero name. They only offer one drink size as well. The milkshake is my favorite, but it costs $7. Burger has the texture of a compressed meat paste, not at all juicy or pleasant. Didnt send milkshake but took my money anyway, fries were hard as a rock and stone cold, and to top it off, there was way too much ice in my fountain drink. 0/10 :
