Hero Certified Burgers

We went in on our way up north and had no issues, we went in again on our way home and ordered the same thing. This was June 6th around 6 -6:30pm. The girls at the counter was very very difficult to hear with the plexiglass up. The menu was hard to read through the plexiglass as well. We ordered 3 burgers all with gluten free bun. I asked about sweet potato fries with my burger, but the cook in the back said they weren’t gluten free. The girl at the front was clueless and not helpful at all. Well after some time we noticed that the receipt only said gluten free on the first combo, which meant my burger was going to have a gluten bun. Was a great time with the family and friends. Had just gone to Christie's Mill for a swim with our kids and some family friends and it was the perfect dinner on the way home burgers were fantastic juciy patties fresh toppings was delicious. Pretty upset with my order. I order 2 burgers one of which my partner requested a bunch of toppings that were never even added and then random toppings were added on top of that. Seems like the staff don’t fully understand the orders they are taking or should maybe repeat back the order for confirmation.Definitely would not come back

Amazing food. The servers were amazing, however the facility is super understaffed. Super understaffed. Expect your visit to take 15-35 minutes at any of the restaurants on site.Parking: Hard to find parking especially on weekends

Stopped in on our way up to chapleau to try the Korean burger combo! The chef created two great tasting burgers will the right amount of variety in ingredients.(And it was her first time making that burger) ???‍?

Extremely expensive food employees are eating in kitchen infront of you. It's a health hazard the employees are not wearing hairnets. I was an employee I know all this is true.

Always very busy not a great place for a fast burger. But lots of room to sit and easy to come and go from the 400.
