Visited here for dinner recently. Friday night, we were the only diners. Cordial greeting by Michael, the waiter. Restaurant was modern, clean and tidy. BYO @ $6 corkage, ok with that. No liquor licence. Menu is mainly steaks, plenty of those, NY Cut which I had, fillet steak, rump, porterhouse, etc. But only one chicken dish which my wife had. One fish dish also. Service was swift and good, meals were well presented, cooked to our liking and of top quality ingredients. Nice curly chips and decent salad/veges with the meals. The steak I had, 600gm NY @ $38 Cut was huge and battling to finish it, best steak I have had around the area. Chicken with prawns and chorizo was also very good.The own...
Eat at Hidden tonight, and what a find. The steak was cooked beautifully, the chips were fantastic and every part of the meal was served hot!!The desert was also fantastic, sticky ginger pudding with ice cream - this actually appeared to be home made, a great addition to the menu!!Thank you for a great night, and we will return with all our family!!PS: There are chicken dishs on the menu, which is not apparent from the front door menu, which also was cooked beautifully!!
Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing for a few reasons. The main issue was the low quality steak we were served. In addition, the loud and unpleasant music, empty chairs, and uninterested waitress all contributed to a negative experience. The kitchen staff also appeared unhappy. When a visitor asked to take a menu, the chef refused. Overall, we will not be returning to this establishment.
My family had a great meal here last weekend , we had heard it was good and the rumours where right . The boss Sam is a great bloke and more than happy to answer any questions and cooks a great steak . We had the rump , fillet minion with lobster , squid and prawns , the farmers cutlet and the best was the New York cut . The chips are great and staff are great . Don't hesitate you won't be disappointed.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Located upstairs above the Mexican restaurant, it offers a stunning view of the bay. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Being BYO allowed us to bring our own drinks, which kept the cost low. It's a great spot to visit with your loved one, family, or friends.
We are visiting The Bay and what a gem this place is. It took a little to find but well worth it. Very friendly and lovely atmosphere. The balcony has $$$$ views. I had the Surf and Turf it was AMAZING, cooked to perfection.
We were the only people in the restaurant so very quiet. A small menu choice, we ordered oysters for an entrée and were told they didn't have any. Meals were very filling, byo restaurant staff were friendly and attentive.
Friendly staff, lovely food. Thank you for a lovely evening everyone at Hidden Secret!!! We enjoyed a beautiful entree of oysters kilpatrick and a main of porterhouse steak, the chips on the side were a gem, I loved them.

Upon entering the restaurant, Paul greeted us and provided exceptional service throughout our meal. The food was delicious and we will definitely be returning in the future.
Fantastic food great view wonderful service. Had mothers day lunch at the hidden secret today. Will for sure be back steaks were perfectly cooked
