Since my favorite bagel shop on Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff Manor stopped making their own bagels, this place has become my go-to. The bagels are fresh and often still warm, and they generously top their Everything Bagels. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews; if you're looking for an excellent bagel, this is the spot! I've seen some people criticize the place based on where an employee was standing, giving it just two stars for that, so watch out for those kinds of reviewers when reading feedback.
They mess something up on every single order. And please explain why adding bacon to an egg and cheese sandwich costs $1.00 but adding bacon to a bagel with cream cheese is an extra $3.00 for less bacon. Well, that's if you want to call it bacon. It's actually super rubbery fatty grizzle. I won't eat anything off the grill from this place because it's not cleaned properly. That's probably why they have a roach problem.
OVERPRICED! I spent around $17 on a single bagel. Yes, you read that correctly—just one bagel. I also ordered a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll, which cost me $7. Not worth it at all. The food is average, nothing special. The prices are definitely not justified. In NYC, you can find much better quality at lower prices. I recommend steering clear of this place unless you enjoy throwing your money away!
This bagel is truly fantastic. It has a nice, light crisp on the outside and a wonderfully chewy texture on the inside—just perfect for an egg and cheese sandwich. The service is good, but it's quite busy, which makes the ordering process a bit chaotic. You have to order, pay, and pick up all at the same spot. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to returning!

Yeah, this is a damn good bagel.A slight crunch to the outer, a nice chew on the inside. Perfect for an egg and cheese sandwich.Good service, but its so busy I think they need to start doing an order here , pay here , pickup here system. Ordering is a bit of a cluster mess as it is now.Would definitely recommend and hope to be back.
The restaurant charges too much for what they offer. The bagels were hard, and the walnut cream cheese had an overwhelming amount of cinnamon. The muffins were stale. I spent about $40 for three bagels (two with cream cheese) and four muffins, none of which I can say anything good about. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Visit early to enjoy fresh bagels, as they tend to be mostly stale by 3:00 PM. They offer a buy 3, get 3 free deal, which is great. They also have a wide selection of generous spreads. I particularly enjoyed the Nova Lox and a bit of tuna salad. The staff are very friendly, and the establishment is clean.
Ordered a chocolate cheesecake muffin, about half way thru seen a large spot of mold brought up to the counter spoke w a woman that insisted it was the chocolate !! Let me tell u it was NOT from the chocolate it was GREEN MOLD W WHITE FUR ON IT !! ?

This place used to be good, ordered a egg, bacon and potato platter, the potato’s were hard, def were not cooked. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, the bagel was really hard and drenched in cream cheese. Never going back to this place again
These bagels were excellent. The quality was good and the service was pretty fast. Its quite inconvenient on the outside and is full of good stuff on the inside.
