Hillstone Restaurant

Having not been to Hillstone in many years I was very impressed with the whole experience. I was able to book a reservation through the website and then we were greeted when arriving. I requested a booth for a birthday lunch and was seated at one. Perfect. I had a water with lemon and my Mom had an iced tea. The waitress was great in refilling the water. My only suggestion is to provide the same sized glasses for water as other beverages. With the cost of any meal at Hillstone it's a small jab for not paying for a tea/soda/alcoholic drink to only give a small glass. The artichoke is a fun appetizer to start the meal. Large and gorgeous restaurant with a diverse menu. The service made our experience memorable. Our waiter was friendly and enthusiastic. He made great recommendations in both food and drinks. Wonderful location in Cherry Creek North where it’s easy to walk around and explore nearby businesses. It is also walking distance to a shopping mall.
