The perfect place to stop! We gave this place a chance and we will certainly will be going back!We ordered a burrito and burger. The burger tasted fresh with a fluffy bun and juicy patty. The burrito and green salsa was flavorful without having excess heat. I ordered a large burrito and it was honestly refreshing. I've had a large burger at Buffs in town and I just feel so sluggish because of the grease, but Hil's burrito was just fresh.Thank you Hil's will be back to try out the rest of your menu!
I was traveling across the country from New York and decided to stop next door to do some laundry. While I was there, I had lunch at this burger place. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. The burger topping bar was an added bonus. Don't miss out on the hand-battered onion rings—you'll definitely thank yourself later!
We stopped here because who don't like a hole in the wall kind of place!! Went in, the service was great and they were so nice! Food was great! Just what we all asked for!! My husband loved the Philly cheesesteak highly recommended (per husband)!!! When we come back to this town we will be stopping again here!!!
I've lived in the canyon for about seven years, and I can't believe I’ve never eaten here until now. The burgers, okra, and curly fries are fantastic! I definitely need to try the onion rings next time! The service was quick and incredibly friendly too!

The burgers and fries here are fantastic. It's a classic diner with the perfect atmosphere and service. If you're in Canyon and want a burger and fries that's a step above fast food, this is the spot to visit.
Burger was amazing. Restaurant has that great small town feel and sweet potato fries were really good. Staff was a really kind. Definitely coming back for the breakfast

Showed up at 9am with a party of 15 and Debra took great care of us! The food, service and accommodation were beyond expectations!
