I intended to give my review a rating of up to 4 stars a few months ago, but due to issues with the hotel staff and an incident involving another guest in my room while I was away, my experience was not what I had hoped for.
I definitely enjoyed my visit to the Arundel Mills Area. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful. The jacuzzi was a nice addition to my experience. The bartenders were consistently excellent!
