The location is great. The rest is horrific and very disappointing. Never again. Dog poop brown stains and sticky gum on the carpet, gouges in the dirty walls. Less than stellar beds. Jacuzzi broken for over a week and it was obvious the owner had no real intention of fixing it anytime soon. Then we find out that breakfast is NOT included, but their buffet is $16.50!! So many good restaurants around, no way was I going to eat here on the cheap tables with average buffet food. The kicker was we asked for a room close to the elevator- and the place was a ghost-town with hardly any guests. Our room was 727 and there are only two rooms farther from the elevator in the entire hotel. This place sh...
The staff was great and very professional. I was disappointed in a few of the amenities at the hotel. We were under the impression breakfast was free, it wasn't, despite the website saying free breakfast. The hot tub in the pool area wasn't hot, not sure what was happening there but it would have been nice to use after a long day of sitting at a track meet. The parking was free and located across the street. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The hotel is centrally located near tons of shopping and resturants you can't go wrong, all these things are walking distance. The beach is about a 12 minute drive. Overall we had a great stay.
Fair price and FREE PARKING. Went to Hotel-Tonight app and got really good price $107. Service is good. Parking is limited on weeknights . Room was clean with nice TV w/ many channels, including movie channels. Lots of things to do or eat in the immediate area. Street-side room is a little noisy.
Went here to visit a friend from out of town. They treated us to breakfast at the hotel and it didn't disappoint. Fresh made to order or buffet style. Plus the hotel is in a great spot central to Town Center shopping. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is in a great location. Plenty of free parking and tons of shopping and places to eat. The atmosphere around and near the hotel is full of fun. This is my go to place when I’m in the area.
I've stopped staying here as the rooms are dirty and the service is lackluster. Breakfast is absolutely terrible and the service isn't much better. The sad part is it used to be so much better.
Wanted to Shout out Ms Gabby and Ms Stacy at the front desk for going above to turn a negative into a positive. Very helpful and appreciated there efforts with our stay.
