"I've tried several taco stands in Long Beach, and most were quite basic or mediocre. The asada quesadilla at Tacos Uziel is exceptional and definitely worth trying. I highly recommend it. Keep in mind, they only accept cash—no Zelle or other payment apps, which is a bit inconvenient. This is my current favorite spot. Prices are reasonable, around $12 for a taco and quesadilla. "Speak Cheesy was the perfect late-night snack at our wedding! Pete was super easy to work with—accommodating, low-key, and professional.
