We were very fortunate to have booked our son's 21st in the upstairs function room at Hogan's Hotel. Last night we had about 65 family and friends attend. The night was absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful experience. Alison the function's manager was extremely professional and in touch with us all the way through making the preparation and organisation seamless. The event last night was really enjoyable. Everyone commented on the generous portions, quality and taste of the food. We had seafood platters, antipasto platters, sushi and pizza. The food was so delicious, like eating at a high quality restaurant. The bar staff were friendly and we had enough so there were no delays in service....
Visited with friends and had a lovely lunch, went back for dinner a few nights later and was not disappointed! Lovely staff, and very accommodating. Sherry the manager was amazing with helping us choose the dish for my mother who has Celiac disease her knowledge of the menu and ingredients was fantastic, the chefs were so accommodating for us. They obviously get a lot of regular customers as the staff seem to know a lot by name and were very friendly : Menu is good old fashioned pub food. I had the eye fillet which was cooked just how I like it, my husband had the seafood plate and it was great. Came in for a quick drink and a meal and was not disappointed. Beer was lovely and cold, had the air con cranking, which suited us on such a hot day! Had the classic burger in the Bar/TAB area and the lady (Sherry) who served us was great! Very friendly and helpful. A little pricey for a burger at $16, but it was still delicious anyway. Would recommend lowering prices but definitely coming back.
We enjoy meals at the Wellington Point Hotel every week. There is a steak night where MSA grade quality rumps are just $10 and they are cooked perfectly every time. Love the addition of the Old Bill's whisky bar. They've just added in a cocktail bar menu there and everything that we've had from the menu has been great. Highly recommend. We didn’t go to the pub out front we went around the back to the little cocktail bar which is a real find. Looks great with a big fireplace at the back, comfy lounge area. Drinks are standard price but very nice. I tried the old fashioned with earl grey which was amazing. We will definitely be back. This place needs its own google entry.
Being the first time a few of us had been there ,we weren’t sure what to expect, but I can honestly say we had nothing worry about. I had the spare ribs and they were cooked to perfection. And everyone else commented on how enjoyable their meal was, we will definitely be going back there again. Hats off to the chefs.
I recently had my daughter's 21st and a week later my son's 18th at Hogan's. Alison the functions manager went above and beyond to make these events perfect. The food was amazing, the cocktails were delicious and the staff did such an awesome job of ensuring all our guests were happy. Thanks again Hogan's x

Me my family dine here every second weekend. The prices are great the portions are good. Friendly staff the food is delicious. I recommend the Chicken Parmigiana, I have it every time
