We go to Hogs Breath often. The meals are very filling.and although the menu doesn't change they are great meal.I had the orange salad.and added chicken.It was yummy.Service is always good. and a good place to take the grandchildren(as they have coloring in for all of us to do whist waiting for meal to arrive) the atmosphere is always great. The staff are very attentive. the only snag was when we ordered a chocolate milkshake it was more like a slushy and tasteless. we complained and they made us a new one which was ok. Always welcome.
Booked a large group in for lunch Sunday March 12. Orders were confused and wrong sauces went onto wrong dishes. One friend had his mouth burnt out by the spicy pepper sauce he didn't ask for. Two others had Chicken that was bone dry and tasted off. Worst part of lunch; another friend served a fried ROTTEN egg. Plus there was no Bacon as dish was described in menu. Personally, I've been there a few times and never had this problem before. Certainly wont be returning after today's events.
I went there to catch up with a friend and we both had steak. It was cooked fantastic, and came promptly - absolute yum. Downside was the screaming children (which happened the last time we were there), and the noise carried through the place, that I could not hear what my drinking buddy was flapping her jaws about. Second drink took a while to arrange, however understandably as it was busy.
Hogs breath is a real hit and miss affair for me. Sometimes the steak is just amazing, and sometimes it's not. We went for dinner tonight, and unfortunately the steak was very average. The staff were friendly, the entrees were great but the steak just missed the mark. Still it wasn't terrible, just not the experience I remember it being. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My husband took me out for lunch at HogsBreath Kelmscott .Iordered the Prawns with chicken my hubby ordered Prawns with steak. we both enjoyed our meals very much. The price $19.90 was great Big portions and cooked to perfection. I couldn't fault my meal at all 10 out of 10. Hubby gave score of 9 out of 10. So we be back again.
Came all the way from Sydney to to visit family and went to Hogs breath for dinner! The food took forever to come out. They got the order wrong and the waitress rolled her eyes when asked for the right meal.The food was cold when we got it ( who likes cold chips!!) and the fish portion looked like it was missing half the fish
Adequate close parking available. Wooden long table and benches for seating. Tables close together. Busy place, friendly atmosphere. The small steak, salad and chips meal I had was delicious.
They advertise kids free so might be better value for money with kids. Food was average, staff are inconsistent and when busy very hard to get their attention. This was in Kelmscot. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My son n i had a delicous $9.90 lunch at hogs breath with their yummy mocktails. Fresh all round service was wonderful. Strawberry n mint mocktail is a must have. Yum.
