10/10! I absolutely adore the lemongrass bouquet—it's the best tea I've ever had in my life. I also ordered a masala chai, but I finished it before I could snap a photo. Their "stinky" bagel is delightfully light and pairs perfectly with the teas. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it an ideal spot to get some work done.
Food delish , drinks innovative , decor adorbs , BUTTTTTTT as far as Service the wait time to take my order 20 min and counting. Let's not forget the disorganization between the coffee/ tea makers....... Is highly visible. Having conversations underneath the cashiers box while There's a line of 6+ customers is unprofessional .
The drinks are OK, they are a little different than they used to be a few years ago. They used to use loose tea and now it appears they use teabags. That's not a problem, but I don't see why it still takes just as long, if not longer to get your tea. Pack your patience.

I’m feeling under the weather with a cold, and it was difficult to breathe. The staff recommended the “Relieving My Cold” tea, and I felt significantly better after the first cup, so I ended up getting a second. Also, there's plenty of parking available!
Their house special chai tea latte is fantastic; I visited three weekends in a row just for it. While street parking is limited at their San Pedro location, there is a parking lot available at their Wilmington location.
I absolutely love this place. I moved away from the area and compare every tea house to Hojas. The Energize Me and the Crema con meil are to die for. One of my first stops when I'm back in town.
