Sushi was delicious, but the service is awful. Call to see when they close, they daid 9:30 and take last guest at 9:15. Got there at 8:30 and felt unwelcomed the entire there. Placed our order quickly. Came over at 9 and asked if we wanted anything else and they were doing last call. Said no but we were still finishing our plate. Drop of check and we pay. They stood there with their arms crossed staring at us and broom and dust pan right next to us till we left. Felt extremely rushed to leave it was 9:13 and they had previously said they close at 9:30. Just extremely unfriendly wait staff, never a thank you or your welcome the entire; actually barely even spoke to us the entire time.
First of all, the sushi here is fantastic—one of the best spots in the Chicago area, in my opinion. The restaurant is clean, and there is a wide variety of sushi to choose from. The only downside is that the service can be a bit brusque; the waitstaff comes off as somewhat rude. For me, good customer service is an important part of the dining experience. However, overall, this is a great place that I would highly recommend!
the sushi here is in order, but it is the only place I have seen in the opposite that has kani salat. And her kani salad is one of the best I had! also her chicken teriyaki and dumplings are nice. in the rule we order delivery and everything is well packed. we have tried everything you can eat once, but it is not really worth it for us. would rather just order the things we know how we want.
the service has greatly improved since my last visit, but there was so much rice if I had ordered a side rice. it wasn't even great rice. so many reviews I see the large amount of rice mentioning, and yet this has not been addressed or resolved. considering that they charge for rice above the teller, the amount really needs to decrease. eating is phenomenal, and the staff is very friendly. I always had great experiences here. Rating 3 stars, because since 2018 the price for everyone who can eat it has increased incremental $8 per person. really wish they relax during the trips. that's my way to the sushi spot, but not so much.
The sushi here is absolutely delectable. Hard not to over-order! They do all you can eat for $28 and change, per person, and it is our go-to sushi restaurant since moving to the area. We really enjoy the Eel roll as well as the Dynamite Rolls, but they are all wonderful!
My husband and I like this place so much, we consider it is a great shushi and the prices are totally affordable. We normally go for all you can eat , it is a great deal and you can try different kind of sushi.
