The service definitely needs work. Apparently you can't get a late checkout unless you wake up at 6:00 a.m. and talk to the manager on day shift. If you're trying to get a late check out, you're probably not planning on being up at 6:00 a.m. so if you need late check out make sure to let them know days in advance.Rooms: The rooms are pretty nice inside but the views are terrible. I've stayed in three different rooms and all have terrible views.
Guests are not allowed to consume beverages supposedly to be in compliance with keeping a mask on at all times. However casino policy still allows guests to smoke. How is that any different or worse than expelling even more particles throughout the air? This was just a false attempt at adhering to a guideline but trying to keep business and customers. What a joke.
like it best comps. but dont like being followed by staff telling me to cover my nose. also no drinks really thats dumb. also i dont like the way truck drivers r treated there not welcome, u need to rethink that. truckers bring in money. was told general manager dont like truckers hmm maybe u dont like income.
Very huge and intimidating place. Very few people were there when I visited considering the large empty parking lots. They had video poker machines that I like but they are programmed to play like most other casinos I've been to around the country.. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food quality is excellent, the coffee is delicious, and the location is very comfortable! It's great that they are open when other restaurants are closed, making it a convenient option for those who are hungry or thirsty.
We recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The staff was attentive and welcoming.
They checked me in last night to a used room with bed bugs used sheets and towels. During Covid Much less. Very incompetent hotel staff.
