I just can 't say enough about Kenny. When it was time for me to (finally buy my own place (long story, buy me a drink to hear it! , I wanted to get it done. I tried a search with someone else, but ended up feeling like a customer in a diner. Just giving my order. If I asked an opinion, I got it depends on what you like in reply. I hate that. She treated our home with the utmost respect, creating a beautiful brochure and coming equipped with masks, hand sanitizer, booties, and wipes to ensure cleanliness throughout the process. She was just plain great. We decided to move after the lockdowns. She was able to successfully navigate marketing, negotiating, and selling my house. She also helped me find our house out in Greenlawn. She was an advocate, telling us what to expect, and what was a surprise. Some may be wary about going to the biggest broker around (her picture's on the back page! . I would be too. However....she's the biggest for a reason. She's the best!Two thumbs up!

Do not book this Broker. Mara comes across as nice and pleasant. But she is ALL for herself ... all about her commission. She will tell you what you want to hear, just to get you to sign with her... then she will conveniently forget what you wanted and stab you in the back. Either sell your house yourself or definitely get another Broker who has you best interest at heart.... because she doesn 't. We got screwed big time with her.
I have bought 2 Houses in the Last 7 years with Mara. Always a great experience and she understood what we needed for our situation in both instances. She listened to our needs and if we ever had any questions, she would address them and educate us if we did not understand. Always a great experience and insightful and resourceful to the areas that she serves. Keep up the great work.
I have worked with Mara and the Homes by Mara team on multiple occasions and they are amazing! They have great insight into the market, are extremely professional and they took the time to truly understand our needs and deliver exactly what we wanted!!! Highly highly recommend!
This agency has a very questionable reputation. Their primary focus seems to be on commissions, and they don’t hesitate to be dishonest. There are many reliable agencies available, but this one is not among them.
