Honestly, I was nervous when Butterfield’s got bought by Honey Jam. I always loved Butterfield’s and wasn’t sure how this would affect things. I’m so glad to say, the quality of food and service from the staff are all still top notch! Last weekend my coworkers and I decided we wanted to do a big breakfast order. There was 14 of us. Butterfield’s said they’d have it ready for us in 30 min. They said normally people put in catering orders a day in advance, but the manager said she’ll make it happen for us. I went there to pick up the food and was so delighted that they had it all ready for me! We all LOVED it! The eggs were fluffy, bacon was nice and crispy, the French toast…. WOW!!!! AMAZING!...

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! Our niece and nephew treated us to brunch during our visit, and despite it being a busy Sunday, we were seated right away. The service was attentive, and the food came out at a perfect pace, allowing us to savor our conversations between each dish. The menu boasts a delightful selection for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The variety of pancakes is remarkable, with each one being well-balanced and thoughtfully crafted. As a vegan, I was pleased to find several delicious options, including the hash browns and grilled vegetables, which I thoroughly enjoyed. All in all, it was an excellent brunch spot!
I honestly don't understand why anyone would give this restaurant a negative review. My wife and I had a wonderful breakfast, and there was so much food that we had leftovers. The portions are very generous. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. The food was simply delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food. I ordered the country fried steak, which was cooked perfectly, and the gravy was outstanding! My wife had the sweet potato waffle fry skillet, and she thought it was fantastic too! We will definitely be returning!

The staff at this restaurant were welcoming and friendly, even during busy times. We were seated immediately, and our orders were taken promptly! The food was fresh and delicious. Our server was very attentive, checking in on us multiple times—not just after we were served, but also to refill our coffee and water. They were helpful and pleasant without being intrusive. We enjoyed our meal and had a great conversation, thanks to the pleasantly low noise levels. I highly recommend this restaurant for both kids and adults of all ages!
I had a terrible experience! The first word that comes to mind is "disgusting." The glassware was dirty—water carafes, glasses, and even the cups were unclean! The staff's clothing was also filthy. If this is how they present themselves, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like! We ordered savory French toast, but it was sweet instead and didn’t even have an egg coating—just some greasy toasted bread! The eggs were overcooked, and overall, the food was well below average. I definitely won't be going back.

The blueberry pancakes were simply amazing, generously drizzled with cream cheese frosting. They were so huge that I could only manage to eat a third of them. I reheated the leftover third in the microwave today, and they were still delightful!
