One of my favorite fast food restaurants. In my experience, they have never messed up my order or left something out not 1 time in the 15+ years I have been ordering takeout from them. The staff is always changing but they are all nice and very pleasant to interact with. Their eating area is always clean and tidy. My food is always freshly prepared and still piping hot even when in takes 20 minutes for me to get home!
The gentleman who took our order this evening was very nice and attentive. We placed quite a large order than our usual. We only had to wait maybe 20 minutes if that. The whole order was correct! And every bit delicious! Hong Kong is always my go to for Chinese take-out.
Spicy and delicious! I wasn't a fan of the extra charge for substituting the meat, especially since they all have the same price, particularly those two. However, aside from that, it was a great experience!

Hit and fresh. Much to choose from. Very friendly and very helpful! At least twice a month we grab a combination plate.
The food is good, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly overall. A dependable choice for fast Chinese food.
