I didn’t catch them on their best day however, they DELIVERED and worked through it and their determination to succeed was far above what most would attempt. I remember a 3 day wilderness hunt In the high country and our commitment to track and harvest that old elk passed his prime. One taste of their Brunswick brought me back 30+ years when we fired up a homemade now called Rocket Stove on a single digit afternoon above the tree line as the wind blew the snow up against us. I just might suggest that they make jerky out of their seasoned ribs. They are right! “No Sauce Needed”. Look here!!! Where can u go and the staff ask if you been there before and u get to sample the food before you purchase anything???These other businesses need to take notes.!!! But seriously the service was great the guys were nice and professional, food took a minute but we were waiting on ribs off the grill. So delicious! Sides are good we got baked beans and mac. Good conversation and it's close to home well definitely be back.. lobby looks outdated but baby don't let that fool you , you gone eat goodttttttt!!
Maybe I don’t come on a the best day or I’m jus coming off another bbq restaurant but it was ok.Got the rib tip meal because they ran out of shrimp to get combo. The smoky flavor was great but the ribs were underwhelming and a little tough not very tender. I did however enjoy the baked beans, the first I’ve had from a restaurant with meat in it.I would come back though to try to pulled meats because I wasn’t totally turned off just not impressed by the rib tips
The food and the service is amazing every time I come. My husband and I were driving and saw this place, so we popped in and it did not disappoint! The customer service was great and they were so friendly. The food was even better. We got the ribs tips and shrimp combo and luckily we got there before they were all gone. We've gone back a few times since and every visit was a pleasant experience.
My very first time visiting was really good! The owner was super friendly and helpful!! I also got 10% off since I’d never been there. Samples things before I order it Also he gave me a few samples to taste before I ordered. I had the rib sandwich with corn . I thought the ribs was tender. I wasn’t a fan of the mild sauce on the side it tasted like ketchup but overall I enjoyed it
Small location. Excellent food. Best customer service I've had on South side. Owner gave us a sample of whatever we wanted being that it was our first visit. Pull chicken and potato salad my favorite. Plus fried shrimp. Bake beans a little too sweet for my taste. My lady liked it all though. They won my future business. Check them out, if your in Jonesboro .
I always pass this place and while it looks so interesting- it is unfortunately never open. I tried to come here yesterday but they were closed much earlier than yelp said. I tried calling multiple times around six thirty and no answer. If you are driving here make sure it is open or else you will waste your time. Sad.
This big man willie jones from the Oakland Raiders this is one of the best restaurants I have been 2 since I been in Atlanta. Excellent food customer service and the owner is a great guy. I had the ribs and Mac and cheese ? and it was delicious ? im going back this afternoon as soon as 1:30 hit
Great service and great food!! We were looking for a good BBQ place to try and were blown away by everything we ordered (including the samples provided since it was our first time). Can’t forget the amazing hospitality too! Will definitely come back.
