The menus were quite worn, and my friend’s menu was almost unreadable. Although there was a small QR code on the table for an online menu, if physical menus are offered, they should be easy to read. The food was decent but nothing exceptional that stood out. Our table felt a bit cramped for the four of us, especially with our plates and the condiment and napkin centerpiece, which made the experience somewhat uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience was okay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved.
I had never visited a Hooters before, but my experience on July 2, 2022, was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and overall, it was the best dining experience I've had. Our waitress was outstanding—she checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory, offered great suggestions, and even chatted with me and my group while we enjoyed our meal. I was more than happy to give her a generous tip for her exceptional service. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place—100/10!

I had never been to a Hooters before, but my visit on July 2, 2022, was the best experience I've ever had at one. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and overall, it was the best experience I've had there. Our waitress was wonderful—she checked in to make sure everything was perfect, offered great menu suggestions, and even chatted with me and my group while we ate. I left her a generous tip for the outstanding service. Definitely a 10/10 experience; I would gladly return and highly recommend it!
I've been visiting the Mall of America since it opened thirty years ago, back in 1991, and I've had the pleasure of dining at Hooter's about thirty times. Every time, I ordered the hot wings—always the drumsticks—and paired them with a big cup of beer. These wings are absolutely phenomenal! I was fortunate to snag the last seat at the bar today, and I was flying solo. If you love chicken wings and haven't been here yet, what are you waiting for? I'll definitely be returning!
The service was disappointing. The burgers were dry and poorly assembled, even worse than what you would expect from a fast-food drive-thru during lunchtime. However, the environment was clean and the view was impressive.
The staff were friendly, and while the food wasn't outstanding—just boiled chicken—overall, I had a pleasant experience. I’d give it 4 stars for the nice service.

In summary, while we had an enjoyable time, there are certainly some aspects that could be enhanced.
The wings were simply typical wing portions and were overcooked.
