Absolutely terrible, took my son wife and friend and his kid. I have went servers times over last year and have been told they can’t take tables because short staff or on to long of wait due to to go orders. Completely understand. Tonight was ridiculous we ordered a few drinks took 20 mins then when ordered food said order and she quickly walked off. Half the order came out and the Buffalo shrimp was cold along with the wings. Don?t come here. It?s a Monday night at 7pm and there is maybe 4 other tables with people at them. It took us 5 min to meet our waitress in the first place. When she finally emerged she knew basically nothin about the menu. We ordered fried pickles and onion rings to start and I got a soda for boyfriend a water. She brought those back and the appetizers in fairly quickly. We then ordered ALOT of food. The onion rings were horribly burnt there was hardly even a shriveled onion. Ordered hooters for dinner online. I arrived at my designated time stated when I placed my order. No one addressed me for a solid 5 minutes at the front door. I was direct to the bar which pick up orders are taken care of, to which I preceded to wait about 20 minutes at the bar which I fine as long as my food is hot and fresh. I finally received my order and got home which is less than a 5 minute drive. Opened up the food, both of our meals were cold, my girlfriends chicken sandwich didn’t have cheese or mayo we opted for online. We tried to make it work and heated up the wings in the air fryer, but she couldn’t eat her meal since it didn’t heat up properly. I wasted about $35 bucks on this...

Our server Savannah comes over to greet us, after waiting a bit to be sat and get drinks. We didn?t mind waiting, we ordered and asked for a drink other than a water, the cup was very dirty. not her fault at all so we dismissed that. We received our appetizer and the tots were fine. We waited over an hour for our entrées and everyone around us got food even door dash drivers, we were never told it would be out shortly or even checked in on. I hate writing bad reviews but I?ve never received this sort of service. So we left money on the table and left and never received any of the food that was ordered.
Food was accepted to be ready 6:45 I came about 6:48 pm they said it was not ready yet. No problem. About 8 minutes later, she came with three boxes where you had food on the outside of the box. I open the boxes to check for correctness, only to find that my pommes were hard and cold, the chicken was lukewarm, and the shrimp was completely over boiled and hardly warm. All for $35.xx. I was very disappointed. I won't order here again.
Jade O is the best Hooters server I've ever had. She was always attentive to our table and made sure our drinks were constantly refilled. As a chef, I’m always on the lookout for exceptional servers, and I would definitely hire her at my restaurant. She has a wonderful smile and a great attitude, and even when she was busy, she made sure everyone received top-notch service.
The servers were more interested in changing clothes there I guess she was allowed to wear swimsuit tops so they ran in and out of bathroom. We didn't get all our drinks, then our order came from food and it was all wrong and didn't taste as good as other hooter restaurants that we were elsewhere!!

Went for lunch today and smashed the big grilled fish with a Ceasars salad. Served by a sweetheart by the name of Jamie. Service was excellent! Beer was cold, think I'm gonna try the hoot punch next. Always nice scenery here
I ordered a chicken Philly from eat last night. The sandwich was burned and it wasn't a chicken. The onion ring was good and the cake was delicious. Maybe you don't order late at night and you get better quality of food.
