not sure how to describe this place. rustic is working. great little pub. on Tuesday it had fallen with its sausage and mashing night. Thursday for squat, let's go!
beautiful 16th-century guest house right in the heart of old hatfield. interesting time, especially the old fireplace has adorned with copper, brass and ceramic.
if they never leave this eat here every week id, but unfortunately this is not the case. nice enough friendly little old town but local and the beer is not bad.

obviously a popular local pub, they make the best of a small bar area with a series of real ale taps. dog-friendly and with great decor of photos.
