We stopped in on a whim on a Thursday at about 5:15. There were only 5-6 others in the restaurant. It was a GREAT time to dine as it becomes crowded as the evening progresses. I had the Monster Roll (cooked) for $16 which was very good and big. Their special included uni from California….not Boston. My husband had that and sushi platter, both of which were quite good with generous portions. All were filling. Total bill to include one beer was $70. If we were staying longer, we would return. (It was within easy walking distance from the Fairfield Hotel north of downtown. Restaurant is on a side street, away from busy Mandalay Street)

Is a bit pricey compared to other near by Hibachi restaurants. This place is located in theheart of Clearwater Beach Pier 60. Very convenient access to the beach and other near by vendors. Sucks you have to pay forparking and if you don?t you will get a parking fine . Had a good experience. Will be coming back again. Expect to paysomewhere close to 100 plus tip included dinner for two.

You must pay for the parking lot and if you do not?t you will receive a parking lot. Had a good experience. Come on. Expect somewhere near 100 plus tip including dinner for two.
Hot Sake Sushi Asian offers an authentic dining experience with a menu that truly stands out. Although prices are a bit high, even for a tourist area, the sashimi portions are about 30% larger than what I'm used to. The fried rice I ordered for my child was delicious, perfectly seasoned with the wonderful aroma of wok-stir-fried dishes. It's also worth noting that sushi-grade fish must be flash frozen and then properly thawed to the right temperature before serving, which is standard practice.

Everything I love in a sushi restaurant is found at Hot Sake Sushi Asian, which also features a variety of other dishes. Their menu includes both traditional sushi and creative rolls, along with daily specials made from the freshest fish they receive. Although there is only one sushi chef, he efficiently keeps up with all the orders. The restaurant is cozy inside and offers outdoor seating as well. Their sake and drink menu, while small, is perfectly sufficient.
I came here for some sushi because it was the best rated in Clearwater! I tried multiple sushi rolls and they were all exactly what I expected and wanted. The roll options are nice because they have a lot of different combinations but I don't think it's the best sushi in Clearwater. That being said, we had a good experience here and would go back if we were in the area and craving some sush!

This place is fantastic. I've been dining here since it first opened, and it's always bustling with customers. The fish is incredibly fresh, never frozen. As a local, I can confidently say this is the best sushi around. The chef is extremely skilled, and the owners are wonderful.
