Tolles Essen aus den Bergen, tolle gegrillte Burger ... knusprige Pommes, knackiger, frischer Salat. Perfekt nach einem morgendlichen Skifahren. Der Service war wirklich sehr, sehr nett. Normalerweise ist der Service in Schweizer Restaurants im Vergleich zu denen in New York City trocken. Im Bel Air gibt es immer ein Lächeln und einen sehr aufmerksamen Service ... auch wenn sie beschäftigt sind! Vielen Dank, Enzo und Luc!

Nice veranda for this terrasse restaurant. The choice of food is nice: hamburgers with delicious fries, salads, Rösti, fondue. Homemade genuine fresh food. Fondue for 1 person if wanted. The staff is nice but a bit lay back, you have to ask for everything they don’t come spontaneously to you. Great location right next to the télécabines and beautiful view.

Immediately adjacent to the cable car station is the Bel Air, a hotel with a pleasant terrace, providing views over Leysin, the mountains and valley. Ask for chope de biere ; to be rewarded with a half litre of beer (6 Swiss francs), in a proper sized glass! No more the need to drink dainty small beers, that arrive in bottles.

Wir besuchten Leysin und machten hier Halt, um vor dem Mittagessen oben auf dem Berg ein Bier zu trinken. Gute Atmosphäre! Skifahrer rein und raus. Unser Barmann sorgte für tolle Unterhaltung und kam ziemlich gut mit Englisch zurecht! Die Aussicht von hier einfach großartig!

Food looked amazing but let down by poor service and the most expensive fondue. They don’t sell fondue per person so 2 have to share for 50 chf. Very disappointed.
