My best friend and I visit this Hotshots every Thursday night after recording our podcast. We are usually treated very well, and the servers even enjoy our jokes! One server in particular stands out—Amber. She works incredibly hard, remembers our orders, and is always friendly. Her laughter and enjoyment of our company really make the experience special. Someone should definitely promote her; if you watch her in action, you’ll understand why! Lanie and Molly are also very friendly toward us, so keep an eye out for all of them!
This restaurant has a wonderful ambiance. I've been visiting on and off for a few weeks, and I really enjoy it. The regular patrons are friendly, and the staff and managers are fantastic – everything here is just great. It's definitely worth stopping by for a drink or a bite to eat. I recently relocated from Kansas City, and this bar has made my transition much easier. The warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it so easy to unwind and strike up a conversation with the person next to you.
Gave it two more chances and it only got worst..Close this place. Was there for 3hrs for the blues game only could get two drinks. Rest of my party had to ask 4 times for more water had to go to the bar themselves to get it. Took 30mins to get my first drink. Went to saint Charles location...had a drink within 30 secs. Close Dorsett go to Saint Charles location!!!
Food and service was great. Kitchen accidently sent me the wrong burger but waitress remembered what I was supposed to have off the top of her head on a busy night and made it right.Only minor complaint was they could use a better air purifier/ better circulation as they still allow smoking. Not as noticeable at other locations.

Food was excellent, but smoking is allowed for some reason, so that sucked. And the girls were wearing quite a bit less than the referee jerseys in the promotional materials. Not a great place to have a business meeting unless everybody is really excited to see several inches of butt cheek.
The Cobb salad was the worst I've ever experienced. The grilled chicken was cold, rubbery, and bland. The greens were not fresh at all. I understand it's a bar, but it would be better to remove salads from the menu altogether than serve something like this.
I really enjoyed being there. I have not enjoyed football like this in a long while. The food was outstanding , Cool people... Good staff.. I'm going every Sunday for me time
Being recognized as a potential paying customer would have been nice especially when sitting literally less than six feet from the bar at a table near the huge TV screen.
