Almost every small town in Canada had an old "Chinese" restaurant set up by the lucky workers who managed to survive the building on the railroad that united this nation, and were allowed to stay once it was done. There is a certain charm about...these venerable institutions, but quality food is rarely part of the equation. I was taken here by a couple who raved about the quality food. What can I say, other than that they've never been within miles of Spadina Avenue in their entire lives. We ordered take out for the first time and when we first called in we were put on hold few times then when we were finally ordering we could barely understand the person on the other end and had to repeat ourself several times until...she got the order. Then when we picked up and once we got home noticed missed the most important item. Our order was and we threw half of it out because it tasted horrible. By the time they arrived with our rice we were done eating. We usually order from choys but they have closed down. Would never order from them ever. Gross. I would rate it a zero if I could.
Best Chinese food in Georgetown. Delicious and not at all greasy. Fresh and high quality. The chow main is full of delicious pork, shrimp and chicken. The General Tao is like crack. Chicken was moist and the sauce so goo! Not the sweet-and-sour gloop you get at other places! My girlfriend kept stealing pieces. Been a long time since I’ve had such good Chinese.
I have ordered delivery from this restaurant many times. I called today because everyone in my household is sick, and as always, they were very accommodating and provided excellent service. The food is consistently delicious as well!
The ingredients at this restaurant are fresh and high quality. I love their vegetable spring rolls and chicken balls. My go-to dish is always the chicken cashew stir fry, which is delicious!
Best Chinese Food in the GTA!!! Crystal Fold with Peanut Sauce, dumplings, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour pork. Love this place gets better and better every time I go.
Ordered just one thing and very impressed, as the title says "Best Singapore style rice vermicelli noodles I ever had", asked for extra spicy and it was perfect.
The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly, making it one of my top choices.
