We ordered a take out with 3 meals and fried rice. On arriving home, which is a 35 minute trip, we discovered we were given steamed rice instead of fried rice and missing orange beef dinner. I called them to make them aware of this and the response was we have it here you can come back and pick it up. I responded with we are 35 minutes away. The reaction was the woman laughing as if it was funny and we will give you a credit. I for one didn’t find it amusing since we spent 70 dollars on our food. I am now without my dinner. I hope she enjoyed hers.
Waitress was very rude, gave her a 2 dollar tip (no one has a bunch of money to spend at the moment) and was trying to get more by complaining saying I usually get 20% my friend gave her 7 and my other friend doesn’t usually tip, the last time my friends were there she followed them out trying to get them to give her tips. Other than that the food was great just a bad experience. Be grateful you even got anything.
I’ve been eating here for about 8 months now, It’s your average American Chinese restaurant, with average prices, and average atmosphere. Their website says they’re the BEST Chinese steakhouse in Ohio and that’s just obviously not true. Altogether I give them a 4/5~ Make sure not to ask how long it’ll be till your food is ready after they already tell you, otherwise you’ll be made a fool of/embarrassed.
To the waiter who was extremly rude and had no patience you need to do a diffrent job my husband who is disabled was trying to put his soup in the container and the waitress kept on yelling about how to pay Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was deliciously cooked for perfection, and the atmosphere was chill, pleasant, and charming! Our waitress was super nice and extremely attentive and helpful!
Great food, large portions. 4 stars on atmosphere, because it isn't super dressy, but if you aren't looking for first date impression its great.
Don't go here. Close at 10 but told at 9 you ain't got time to eat. So fine I don't have time to EVER go back. Very rude employees

Delicious. So good it was kinda crowded but we were seated immediately. Generous portions also.
