Came back after banning this place for a few terrible experiences hoping that somehow they had improved. I was very wrong. The poor girls who work there have nothing to do with this review as they were very nice and the reason this gets the 2 stars. Without being too harsh the simple fact of the matter is the pizzas lack flavour. They are medium based with little to no grease at the bottom of the box which is always a good sign for you health nuts. But at the end of the day the pizzas were so bland, the cheese was so minimal also. This is easily our go to local takeaway. The American Pizza available in Hot or Mild (which is essentially the pepperoni pizza) is one of the best pepperoni pizzas around. Their other pizzas are pretty good too, not too doughy and adequate toppings. They also have a range of gourmet pizzas and can make party size pizzas for your party with advanced notice. There's also calzone, a variety of pasta dishes, salads and standard pub style food (schnitzel, chicken, steak, fish and chips). We've only ever ate the pizza, pasta and calzone so I can't vouch for the other dishes. My favourite pasta from them is Pollo (chicken) and Sole (with prosciutto). There is a reason why the Dominos in the area doesn't do well, and it's Hub Pizza. This is my go to Pizza place, and I've brought many people here, and we're all return customers! Want a recommendation? Try the Super Supreme (minus mushroom, add anchovies and olives) and the Chicken Supreme. Hub pizza loads on the toppings, and actually uses real chicken! The people are friendly, the gelato is to die for and the wait times are very low. I'm so glad that I live fairly close by, everyone loves a good pizza, especially when after eating it you don't feel like you hate yourself. My only small gripe is that if you order a much larger pizza, the toppings can be mildly sparse and sometimes (rarely)...
I ordered a pizza last night and was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes, Arrived to pay and pick it up in 5 minutes, I wanted it as it came out of the oven, fresh and we had other good at home in the oven that would be ready about the same time, Gave my name, confirmed the order and paid, and waited....next to the counter. Easy to see me. I was the only one waiting. Expecting them to tell me when it was ready. Finally asked why they were taking so long. IT HAD BEEN ON THE BACK COUNTER GOING COLD FOR OVER 10 MINUTES. A great pizza joint that also has the best bolognese sauce! This place has my favourite pepperoni pizza with chilli which is called The American Hot. I use this as a benchmark for the perfect pepperoni pizza! They do some wicked Calzones and always go for the yummy bolognese sauce! The pasta is pretty good and even do chilli cheese fries which I am guilty of ordering too much! They have plenty of room to eat in and are pretty busy on friday and Saturday nights. Parking is at the rear so easy to park and easy to enjoy!

Love this place! Consistently tasty food, with some of the best pizzas I've ever had. We've lived in Aberfoyle Park for the last 14 years and haven't found a better pizza joint. Highly recommended.
